_HANSA-HEEMANN AG is one of Germany's leading suppliers of mineral waters and soft drinks. The company's history dates back on the one hand to the NORDGETRÄNKE GMBH & CO KG, which was founded in 1973, renamed EMIG AG in 1994 and HANSA-Brunnen AG in 2001. On the other hand the company also finds its roots in Ernst Heemann Mineralbrunnen Beiseförth GmbH & Co. KG in Löhne, founded in 1928, as well as its subsidiary company Wildsberg-Quelle GmbH in Beiseförth.

_In 1986, 45% of shares in the familyrun company were purchased and this company was fully integrated in 2004. In the same year the previous minority shareholder of HANSA-Brunnen AG, the Hamburg entrepreneurial family Lange, purchased the shares previously held by the Holsten-Brauerei AG and has since been the sole owner.
